Our 240Z/260Z/280Zs came equipped with these from the factory, between the frame rails and front sway bar attachments. We have witnessed many cars without these plates, and most of those cars have ruptured front frame rails due to lack of reinforcement. Since the Nissan OEM sway bar reinforcements have long been discontinued we have created a faithful replica. These are zinc plated and they look beautiful.
